Dennis and Natalie run a small biodynamic (Demeter-certified) vegetable farm in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, supplying around 230 families with fresh, seasonal produce every week. They grow more than 40 varieties of vegetables - everything from leafy greens and root crops to potatoes and cabbages — all cultivated according to strict organic and biodynamic principles.

Their philosophy is simple: healthy soil creates healthy food, and healthy food sustains healthy people. They enrich the land with green manures like sunflowers and legumes, rotate crops carefully, and work in harmony with nature instead of against it. This way, every harvest gives back as much as it takes.

Beyond their CSA, Dennis and Natalie run a small self-service farm shop and even a flower business that helps finance soil enrichment. Their goal is to keep farming personal, transparent, and regenerative - connecting people with the land that feeds them.
