Our farm produces two varieties of gourmet garlic for seed or for eating. We have Chesnook Red garlic which has a lovely garlic taste without a lot of heat.

We also have Music garlic which is a variety beloved by garlic-lovers. It is a medium-heat type. 

Both types are harkneck garlic and produce high yields of easy-to-peel cloves.  Chesnook Red and  Music perform very well in cooler climates and are best planted in the fall. In early summer, both varieties produce scapes that can be harvested to add a mild garlic flavor to recipes.
